Job summary

Sur La Table in Cincinnati is seeking a Culinary Lead to inspire customers through every stage of their culinary journey, blending culinary expertise with business acumen and teaching skills. You will lead the culinary program, drive sales, and deliver an extraordinary in-store experience.

You will recruit, train, and coach a high-performing team, ensure food safety, manage inventory, and create engaging cooking classes and private events that build loyalty and foot traffic.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years of age at time of employment.
• 1–2 years of progressively responsible kitchen management experience.
• Valid Food Manager Certification.
• A culinary arts degree is preferred, but extensive experience with demonstrated proficiency will be considered.

Responsibilities
