• Communicates orders and prep needs to station cooks with accuracy.
• Prepares and verifies that all menu items meet quality standards 100% of the time.
• Maintains a clean kitchen and properly stores all ingredients and equipment.
• Receives and stores purchase orders accurately.
• Completes meals efficiently and assists other team members as needed.
