Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee all activities and systems in the dining service and nutrition departments.
• Serve as liaison in all administrative roles with the budget.
• Develop and ensure budget compliance, sanitation, safety, regulatory compliance, menu development, and food service.
• Supervise staff and facilitate staff development.
