Pinehurst Brewing Company seeks a part-time Culinary Expeditor to drive the quick, accurate delivery of orders from kitchen to dining room. You will partner with cooks, servers and food runners to ensure dishes reach guests promptly and to spec.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and a willingness to participate in training and staff meetings. This position supports a long-standing hospitality culture at Pinehurst and offers flexible hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in food service or expediting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch complete and accurate food orders from kitchen to food runners.
• Set up the line with the proper dishes and run additional plates as needed.
• Fill garnishing cooler and prep stations for menu items.
• Garnish food items per menu and chef instructions.
• Communicate with servers and cooks to clarify orders or modifiers.
• Ensure quality standards in expediting each dish.
