Southern Proper Hospitality Group is seeking a Food Expeditor/Runner to join our busy restaurant team. This role acts as the bridge between front of house and kitchen, balancing independent decision‑making with team collaboration to deliver meals accurately and on time.

You will communicate orders, oversee timing, explain specials, ensure plating quality, and help lead waitstaff and cooks to deliver a flawless dining experience.

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.
• Maintain composure under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Communicate orders and information between front of house and back of house to ensure correct timing.
• Ensure orders are cooked and delivered in a timely fashion.
• Explain special orders to cooks and inform servers when an item is unavailable.
• Ensure final presentation of plates is attractive and clean.
• Lead waitstaff and cooks to deliver food promptly.
