Senior Living Residences in Farmington, CT seeks a Director of Dining Experience (Chef Manager) to lead the culinary department across residents' meals and events. You will supervise staff, manage menus, inventory, and budgets, and ensure a gracious, high-quality dining experience in a caring community.

Qualifications

• Degree in Culinary Arts or Restaurant Service, preferred
• Food Safety certification, required
• Previous experience cooking in a similar environment, working under pressure in a fast-paced setting; ability to lead a team effectively
• Physical requirements: lifting trays and dishes, occasionally moving dining tables and furniture
• An ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers
• Punctuality & reliability – meet residents' daily living needs and uphold service promises
