Senior Living Residences is seeking a Director of Dining Experience to lead the dining operation at Farmington Station in Farmington, CT. This salaried role oversees the culinary team, manages inventory and budgets, and ensures a high-quality dining experience for residents.

You will train staff, coordinate meals and events, and uphold health and safety standards while delivering compassionate, resident-centered service within a supportive benefits-rich environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Culinary Arts or Restaurant Service, preferred.
• Food Safety certification required.
• Experience cooking in a fast-paced environment; ability to lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee culinary department operations for residents’ meals and events.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff; manage inventory and supplies.
• Manage budget and ensure cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas.
• Prepare and serve meals and special events; ensure gracious dining experience.
