Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 3+ years of experience in senior housing or related field (preferred).
• Demonstrated leadership, training and supervision skills.
• Proficient written and oral communication with management and staff.
• Completed formal culinary, food service or restaurant training.
• Proficient with Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Culinary department to provide five-star service front and back of house.
• Ensure menu items are prepared to standards, manage portions and reduce waste.
• Create menus based on resident preferences using fresh foods.
