Job summary

Three Oaks Senior Dining LLC is seeking an experienced kitchen leader to elevate dining services in senior living communities. The role focuses on operating excellence, menu development, cost control, and guest satisfaction.

You will supervise staff, ensure sanitation, manage recipes and production, and collaborate across departments to deliver high-quality experiences for residents and guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 8 years related experience.
• Culinary degree (2 years) or Hospitality degree (4 years) with 4+ years related experience.
• Previous culinary experience in senior living, contract dining, or healthcare preferred.
• Valid ServSafe certification.
• Must work nights, weekends and some holidays.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
• Typing twenty words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Assure proper sanitation practices and train staff as needed.
• Coordinate with kitchen and related departments to ensure smooth operation.
• Monitor food costs and maintain accurate ingredient records.
• Support leadership in financial reporting, menu planning, and resident satisfaction.
• Direct supervision of kitchen staff and daily operations.
