Job summary

Arrow Senior Living in the Cleveland market is seeking a Culinary Director to lead the dining program. You will oversee the culinary department, ensure five-star service at front and back of house, and maintain high standards for taste, presentation and resident satisfaction.

You will develop seasonal menus, manage portion control and waste, mentor kitchen staff, and partner with management to deliver exceptional resident experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable leading a culinary team and training staff.
• Experience in senior housing or related field is preferred.
• Proficient written and oral communication with management and staff.
• Formal culinary or food service training or equivalent supervisory experience.
• Proficient with Word and Excel, able to manage documents and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee culinary department to deliver five-star service front and back of house.
• Ensure food items meet culinary standards, optimize portion control and minimize waste.
• Develop seasonal menus reflecting resident preferences and needs.
