Senior Living Residences seeks a Director of Dining Experience in Farmington, CT. This full-time, salaried role oversees the culinary department for our senior residents, including training staff, inventory, budgeting, and meal service.

Offered at an annual rate starting at $70,000 with a robust benefits package, a Monday–Friday schedule, and a rotating manager-on-duty arrangement for weekends. Join a team dedicated to exceptional dining and resident care.

Qualifications

• Degree in Culinary Arts or Restaurant Service preferred.
• Food Safety certification required.
• Experience cooking in a similar environment under pressure.
• Ability to lead a team effectively.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the entire culinary department operations and staff.
• Manage inventory, supplies and equipment within budget.
• Prepare and serve meals and events; ensure high-quality dining.
• Maintain kitchen and dining room cleanliness and safety standards.
