You will lead dining room staff, ensure high-quality resident dining experiences, and collaborate with administration to maintain compliance with health regulations.

Candidates should have a culinary degree and 3–5 years in food production/management, Serve Safe certification, and a passion for elder care.

Formación

• Degree in Culinary Arts preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in food production/management.
• Must have Serve Safe certification or obtain within 90 days.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of dining and culinary services.
• Plan weekly community menus and manage budgets.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of all work areas and inventory controls.
• Prepare monthly food service reports and vendor relations.
• Lead and develop dining room staff toward high-quality resident dining.

Educación

Degree in Culinary Arts (preferred)

3–5 years food production/management
