The program runs about 12 months with a 6-week rotation through departments and a 42-week concentration in Culinary, supervised by the hotel's Executive Chef and Senior Executive Chef.

It targets aspiring Culinary leaders in the United States. Salary ranges from $51,800 to $74,300 annually, with benefits after an initial waiting period,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree and a preferred minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Nine months of relative industry work experience.
• Leadership and involvement in campus activities.
• Positive references from two previous work experiences.
• Continuous authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Rotational training through multiple hotel departments.
• Develop trainees into Executive Chefs and Sous Chefs.
• On-site program spans Culinary, Engineering, Sales, HR, Rooms, and more.
