The program includes a 42-week Culinary concentration, a 6-week hotel rotation, and cross-functional exposure in Engineering, Event Planning, Finance, F&B, HR, Rooms, and Sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree required with GPA 3.0 or higher.
• Nine months of relative hospitality industry work experience.
• Leadership and involvement in campus activities.
• Two positive references from previous employers.
• Must have continuous authorization to work in the U.S.
