Hyatt Hotels Corporation invites applicants to join the Corporate Management Training Program with a Culinary focus. The 12-month program provides a 6-week hotel-wide rotation and a 42-week Culinary concentration, preparing trainees for Executive Chef leadership and broader hotel operations.

Participants work under the supervision of the Executive Chef and Senior Executive Chef, with rotations through Engineering, Event Planning and Sales, Finance, F&B, HR, Rooms, and Sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Nine months of related industry work experience.
• Leadership and involvement in campus activities.
• Positive references from two previous work experiences.
• Continuous authorization to work in the U.S.
