Job summary

Pincho is hiring cooks for either part-time or full-time shifts at a range of $15 to $20 per hour. If you’re passionate about quality, thrive in a fast-paced team environment, and take pride in consistent preparation, we’d love to meet you.

As a Cook with Pincho, you’ll prepare menu items to our standards, set up your station, measure and mix ingredients, and keep work areas clean and safe. We offer flexible schedules, paid time off, and health benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age
• Valid Food Handler’s Card or ability to obtain one
• Knowledge of basic food preparation, cooking methods, and food safety practices
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized Pincho recipes and production guidelines
• Set up your workstation with the proper tools, equipment, and ingredients
• Prep ingredients by measuring, weighing, chopping, trimming, peeling, and mixing
• Safely and efficiently use kitchen tools and equipment
• Arrange, garnish, and portion food to meet Pincho presentation standards
• Properly store food in compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Restock, clean, and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils
• Maintain a positive, team-first attitude while supporting excellent guest experiences
• Follow all Pincho safety, food handling, and sanitation policies
• Support additional duties as assigned by management
