As a Cook, you’ll help bring the Pincho menu to life by preparing high-quality food that meets our standards—every plate, every shift.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized Pincho recipes and production guidelines
- Set up your workstation with the proper tools, equipment, and ingredients
- Prep ingredients by measuring, weighing, chopping, trimming, peeling, and mixing
- Safely and efficiently use kitchen tools and equipment (knives, ovens, grills, slicers, mixers, etc.)
- Arrange, garnish, and portion food to meet Pincho presentation standards
- Properly store food in compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Restock, clean, and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils
- Maintain a positive, team-first attitude while supporting excellent guest experiences
- Follow all Pincho safety, food handling, and sanitation policies
- Support additional duties as assigned by management

Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid Food Handler’s Card (or ability to obtain one)
- Knowledge of basic food preparation, cooking methods, and food safety practices
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
