Responsibilities

• Follow safety and sanitation policies to ensure high-quality food.
• Learn and execute cooking and saucing guidelines to maintain quality.
• Prepare correct quantities per order to minimize waste.
• Read tickets and prepare orders promptly, communicating with the team.
• Assist in keeping the kitchen clean and support Manager on Duty.
• Train new cooks and collaborate with the General Manager on issues.
