You will learn and apply cooking and saucing guidelines to maintain the highest food quality, prevent waste, and support a positive dining experience. Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow safety and sanitation policies and ensure quality food preparation.
• Read and prepare orders promptly by understanding tickets.
• Coordinate with team to meet on-time guest order readiness.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation throughout shift.
• Assist Manager on Duty with safety, sanitation, or team issues.
• Train new cooks and collaborate with GM on concerns.
• Support other team members as needed.
