Job summary

Wingstop is seeking a Cook who prides themselves on quality food, consistency, and strong food safety practices. You will help ensure policies are followed and the kitchen runs calmly and efficiently during busy periods.

Responsibilities include preparing and portioning orders, reading tickets, maintaining cleanliness, and collaborating with the Manager on Duty to deliver on-time guest orders while supporting teammates.

Qualifications

• Food Handler Certification required.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety and sanitation policies including fryer operations.
• Learn and execute cooking and saucing guidelines to ensure quality.
• Prepare correct portions to minimize waste and read orders quickly.
• Coordinate ticket times to ensure on-time guest orders.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and assist with closing sanitation.
• Partner with Manager on Duty on safety, sanitation, or staffing concerns.
• Support training of new cooks and collaborate with the General Manager.
