You will follow cooking guidelines, manage basic line tasks, and help keep the kitchen clean and organized. Flexibility for shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

The role emphasizes strong guest service mindset, teamwork, and adherence to company policies. Experience in cooking is a plus and Food Handler Certification is required.

Qualifications

• Food Handler Certification required.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Follow cooking and saucing guidelines to ensure high-quality food.
• Prepare orders promptly and accurately according to tickets.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized workstation throughout shift.
• Assist in keeping the kitchen organized and stocked.
• Collaborate with the Manager on Duty to address safety and sanitation concerns.
• Support team members and train new cooks as needed.
• Adhere to all company policies and standards for food safety.
