Qualifications

• Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Follow cooking and saucing guidelines to ensure high-quality food.
• Prepare orders promptly and accurately according to tickets.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized workstation throughout shift.
• Assist in keeping the kitchen organized and stocked.
• Collaborate with the Manager on Duty to address safety and sanitation concerns.
• Support team members and train new cooks as needed.
• Adhere to all company policies and standards for food safety.
