Responsibilities

• Follow safety and sanitation policies; manage fryer shortenings daily.
• Learn and apply cooking and saucing guidelines for quality meals.
• Prepare correct portions to minimize waste and meet orders.
• Read tickets, prepare orders promptly, and coordinate timing.
• Keep kitchen clean and support closing sanitation procedures.
• Collaborate with Manager on Duty on safety and team concerns.
• Anticipate guest needs by observing environment and cues.
• Support training of new cooks and assist team as needed.
• Follow directions from management and seek clarification when needed.
