Job summary

Far West Services in California is hiring a Cook to prepare fresh, high-quality food and deliver the Wingstop experience our guests expect. You will work as part of a fast-paced kitchen, following food safety standards and ensuring orders are accurate and on time.

We value a positive attitude, teamwork, reliability, and the ability to learn quickly. Training will cover required certifications and ongoing skill development as you grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Food Handler Certification is required.
• Restaurant or cooking experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and flexibility to support business needs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to company recipes and standards.
• Cook, sauce, and package orders accurately.
• Ensure every order meets quality and presentation standards.
• Read and prepare orders quickly and accurately.
• Work with the Front of House team to deliver orders on time.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and stocked.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures including oil filtering.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely.
• Help minimize food waste while maintaining product quality.
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily cleaning tasks including hood filters.
• Support your team wherever needed.
• Help create an exceptional guest experience with every order.
