OTH Hotels Resorts in Pittsburgh is seeking a skilled Cook to join our F&B General team. You will prepare and execute menu items across dining, banquets, and cafeteria operations, ensuring quality, consistency, and presentation while keeping a clean, safe kitchen.

In this fast-paced role, you’ll work both independently and with others, maintain inventory practices, support daily productions, and help uphold high standards of food safety and teamwork. Weekend and holiday shifts required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary school or related experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of hospitality or restaurant food service experience.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, menu preparation, and kitchen workflow.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with standardized recipes and quality standards.
• Execute food production across dining room, banquet, and cafeteria service areas.
• Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation of all menu items.
• Assist with daily production and station setup for service periods.
• Follow FIFO and proper storage procedures; inspect refrigeration and dry storage areas.
