Job summary

Treasury Wine Estates invites applications for a Culinary Assistant role at Sterling Vineyards in Napa Valley. The position supports onsite and offsite culinary operations, working with the Culinary Lead and AHSM to deliver exceptional food quality, smooth operations, and outstanding guest experiences.

The role requires at least one year of culinary experience, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• At least one year of culinary experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-quality culinary environment.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal direction.
• Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills in English.
• Available to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Able to travel occasionally to other company locations.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
• At least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and properly store food deliveries.
• Maintain guest service and culinary standards.
• Ensure all food production meets TWE and Sterling standards.
• Support onsite and offsite event execution.
• Conduct daily tastings to maintain quality.
• Model professionalism and positive team behaviors.
• Open and close the kitchen; maintain security of property and room keys.
• Follow all TWE Zero Harm, Health & Safety, and training requirements.
• Partner with maintenance to ensure guest-facing spaces, equipment, and facilities are well presented.
• Comply with food service regulations.
• Complete other duties as assigned by the Culinary Manager and DoH.
