Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates of Applied Science degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
• Three years of related work experience.
• ServSafe Certification.
• Must be able to clear Federal Bureau of Prisons’ background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality instruction in culinary arts.
• Participate in college tasks including advising, recruiting, and tutoring.
• Serve on departmental and college committees; assist in curriculum development and assessment.
• Attend required instructional meetings and stay current on safety and higher education trends.
• Travel to various campuses and prison systems as needed.
