Central Georgia Technical College is seeking an Adjunct - Culinary Arts Instructor to teach culinary arts to inmates at Pulaski State Prison in Hawkinsville, GA. The instructor will use approved syllabi, employ effective teaching techniques, and maintain grade books and records in a timely manner.

The role requires travel to CGTC satellite locations as needed, with evenings or weekends possible. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma, one year of culinary experience, and ServSafe

Qualifications

• Must upload transcripts showing conferred educational degrees and document qualifications in the employment history.
• Earned High School Diploma or earned equivalent.
• Documented one (1) year employment in the culinary field.
• Documented ServSafe Certification

Responsabilités

• Instruct culinary arts to inmates per approved course syllabus.
• Maintain grade books, records and invoices timely and accurately.
• Evaluate student progress and provide feedback to students and college personnel.
• May travel to CGTC satellite locations within the service area as needed and if required by the facility.
