Job summary

Adjunct instructors at Tarrant County College District (TCCD) teach Culinary Arts at Southeast Campus, providing hands-on instruction and using college resources to support student success.

Reporting to the SE Hospitality Management department, you will deliver Master Syllabus-based courses, keep attendance, submit grades, and participate in training and professional development as part-time faculty assignments become available.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Culinary Arts or closely related discipline
• Three (3) years of related, non-teaching work experience
• Degree must be from a regionally accredited college or university

Responsibilities

• Teach classes per varied schedules and modalities as assigned
• Deliver instruction using the Master Syllabus and approved LMS
• Maintain attendance records and certify enrollments by deadlines
• Provide timely feedback on student performance and post grades weekly
• Create an active, conducive learning environment and assess learning outcomes
