Creekside Inn in Coeur d'Alene is seeking a personable Culinary Aide to join our Culinary Department. This is a full-time opportunity with competitive hourly pay and a supportive team.

You will assist with dining service, bus tables, and kitchen clean-up while upholding safety and sanitation standards. The role offers growth potential within Koelsch Communities.

Qualifications

• A food handler's card is required.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to lift 15 pounds.
• Must be drug free and submit to drug screening upon hire and routinely.
• Criminal background check may be required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dining room tables and ensure dining room cleanliness
• Protect establishments and residents by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies
• Assist residents select food and beverages by presenting menu, making suggestions and explaining chefs’ daily specials
• Bus dirty dishes and refill residents’ beverages as needed
• Interact with residents in a courteous, empathetic, and cooperative manner
• Adhere to grooming and presentation standards consistently, maintain clean uniform at all times
• Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by the supervisor
• Assist with special events as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Who you are:

You enjoy providing outstanding customer service to residents. This role provides meal service, buses tables, and cleans kitchen and dining areas.
