Job summary

Saint Therese in Brooklyn Park, MN is seeking a Full Time Environmental Services / Housekeeping team member. Schedule is Monday through Friday 6:30am-3:00pm with rotation every 6th weekend. Pay ranges from $18.44 to $25.03 per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications

Experience Preferred:

1. Previous housekeeping, environmental services, or hospitality experience
2. Experience working in healthcare, senior living, or similar environment

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

1. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting daily cleaning schedules and deadlines
2. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and complete tasks independently
3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact respectfully and professionally with residents and team members
4. Basic understanding of housekeeping chemicals and safe cleaning practices
5. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to effectively perform job duties
6. Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and pushing carts
7. Reliable attendance and consistent professional work behavior
