Job summary

RTX is seeking a highly motivated Program Manager to join our PMO, coordinating customer engagement, EACs/EVMS, launcher deliveries, and supplier management for Army and Navy air defense systems. This onsite role requires collaboration across engineering, supply chain, and production to ensure on-time, within-budget execution.

Responsibilities include leading customer meetings, tracking milestones, and maintaining program performance metrics while upholding RTX policies and DoD requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Advanced degree with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• PM6 certification or equivalent is required.
• Experience with customer engagement, EACs, EVMS, and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagement and manage expectations across stakeholders.
• Oversee EACs and EVMS, ensuring compliance with RTX policies.
• Manage launcher system deliveries per contract and schedules.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely component delivery.
• Apply Army/Navy air defense domain knowledge to program execution.
