Job summary

Qualifications

• STEM degree with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing IRAD/CRAD programs.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
• Active and transferable SECRET security clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution and delivery of IRAD/CRAD programs, ensuring cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Serve as primary execution contact with internal stakeholders, customers, and partners.
• Strategic portfolio planning for growth and resource optimization across budgets and teams.
• Develop and manage program plans with objectives, milestones, budgets, and resource needs.
• Drive risk management, from identification to mitigation and monitoring.
• Foster collaboration across technical and business teams to align with goals and customer expectations.
• Track program performance and report progress, risks, and opportunities to leadership.
• Support business development and successful program transitions.
