Job summary

Getgrooven is seeking a visionary CTO to lead hardware and technology strategy across hospitality, healthcare, and multifamily sectors. You will shape the roadmap, oversee RF/IP/IoT initiatives, and ensure scalable, secure infrastructure while communicating the vision to executives and customers.

You will build a high-performing engineering team, form strategic partnerships, and guide end-to-end hardware development from concept through deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Experience in IoT, smart building IT operations, hospitality or multifamily is beneficial.
• Proven leadership in technology departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of a hardware-focused technology roadmap.
• Oversee design, testing, and deployment of IoT, AI, and RF/IP hardware solutions.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of engineers and technology professionals.
• Establish partnerships and collaborate with industry leaders to stay at the forefront of hardware innovation.
• Drive the evolution of technology solutions, ensuring they align with the company’s strategic goals and customer needs.
