Job summary

Ovative Group is seeking a Chief Technology Officer to drive the technology vision and lead the engineering org. The role oversees EMRge and an AI OS, steering enterprise-scale architecture and security while aligning with the executive team.

You will manage a 35-engineer team across multiple product lines, drive LLMOps practices, control costs, and partner with the CEO to shape technology strategy and client-facing credibility.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of engineering experience and 7+ years leading engineering managers in high-growth environments.
• Hands-on technical leadership at architecture and system design level.
• Experience architecting enterprise integration/orchestration systems with SaaS platforms and data sources.
• Proven track record with LLM-based systems, RAG pipelines, and LLMOps practices.
• Security, access control, audit logging, and least-privilege principles in large-scale systems.

Responsibilities

• Own and translate the technology vision into a product roadmap with Product Management.
• Oversee EMRge and AI OS architecture, ensuring scalable, secure, and observable systems.
• Lead engineering standards: reliability, security, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code.
• Represent Ovative’s tech externally to clients, partners, and industry forums.
• Lead EMRge platform engineering and AI OS delivery with executive leadership alignment.
• Establish LLMOps practices across AI-powered systems: evaluation, cost, and lifecycle management.
