Job summary

Berlin-based AI infrastructure startup is seeking a Technical Co-Founder / CTO to own the technology, architecture, and engineering direction. This hands-on founding role involves building the product and engineering org from the ground up, collaborating with the founder and early customers to shape the roadmap.

You will drive the technical vision, recruit the team, and shape the open-source project, with a strong focus on reliability, telemetry, and secure, scalable systems for production-grade

Qualifications

• Proven track record in building production-grade backend systems.
• Willingness to stay hands-on while leading a team.
• Experience taking early-stage products to production.
• Strong architectural judgment and pragmatic decision-making.
• Based in Germany or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall technical vision and architecture of the company.
• Build and ship core product and infrastructure.
• Design scalable systems for AI agent reliability and runtime control.
• Work on agent execution, telemetry, evaluation, detection, policies, remediation.
• Make key decisions around architecture, APIs, developer experience, and security.
• Collaborate with early customers to translate problems into solutions.
• Help shape the open-source project and developer community.
• Recruit and build the engineering team as the company grows.
• Define the long-term technical strategy and roadmap.
