Job summary

Groove Technology Solutions seeks a forward-thinking Chief Technology Officer to join the Executive Leadership Team and drive hardware and technology strategy across hospitality, healthcare and multifamily verticals.

You will lead RF, IP, IoT, and AI technologies, ensuring reliable, scalable, and secure infrastructure. You will articulate the technology vision to executives, staff, and customers, building strategic partnerships and guiding growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Extensive IoT, smart building and prop-tech domain experience.
• Experience leading technology departments and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the hardware-integration technology roadmap.
• Oversee hardware solutions in IoT, AI, and RF/IP.
• Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team.
• Establish industry partnerships to stay ahead of hardware innovation.
• Drive tech strategy aligned with company goals and customer needs.
• Ensure reliable, scalable, and secure infrastructure.
