Job summary

Ovative Group is seeking a CTO to own the technology vision, lead the engineering organization, and guide the EMRge platform and AI OS. You will partner with product, set strategic direction, and ensure scalable, secure delivery across a data‑driven marketing analytics environment.

You will manage a 35+ engineer team across six product lines, aligning capacity with high‑impact roadmaps, and representing Ovative’s technology externally to clients and the market.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of engineering experience with leadership of managers in high‑growth settings.
• Hands‑on technical leader with architecture and system design credibility.
• Experience architecting enterprise integrations, SaaS orchestration, data pipelines, and write‑back to systems.
• Production experience with LLM‑based systems, RAG pipelines, and LLMOps practices.
• Security governance and enterprise‑grade security practices across large orgs.
• Strong build vs. buy instincts and vendor evaluation for scalable platforms.
• Clear communication across engineers, product partners, clients, and executives.
