Job summary

Требуются глубокие знания в области графовых и векторных баз данных, а также опыт работы с LangGraph/LangChain и инструментами CLI-агентов. Возможна удаленная часть и гибкий график.

Qualifications

• Наличие практического опыта построения производственных агентских систем.
• Глубокий опыт RAG, включая частичную обработку, индексацию, эмбеддинги и ранжирование поиска.
• Опыт работы с кодо-осознанным RAG и AST-парсингом с использованием Tree-sitter или аналога.
• Опыт работы с графовыми и векторными базами данных.
• Сильные навыки Java и Python.
• Опыт с LangGraph / LangChain или аналогами, headless CLI-агентами и SDK GitHub Copilot.
• Уверенность в обсуждении архитектурных компромиссных решений с руководством.

Responsibilities

• Определять архитектуру и выбор подхода для каждого кейса, включая headless CLI-агенты, пользовательские оркестраторы или управляемые облачные сервисы (AWS Bedrock / AgentCore).
• Строить рабочие процессы агентов с контрольными точками с участием человека.
• Строить RAG-конвейеры по документам и коду с использованием векторов, embeddings, индексов.
• Разрабатывать точное хранение памяти и контекст-менеджмент для агентов.
• Доставлять продакшн Java и Python сервисы, связанные с LLMs.
• Устанавливать технические стандарты и наставлять инженеров.

Задачи

• Define the architecture and select an approach for each use case, including headless CLI agents, custom orchestration, or managed cloud services such as AWS Bedrock / AgentCore;


• Build agent workflows with human-in-the-loop checkpoints;


• Build RAG pipelines over documents and code using AST parsing, embeddings, vector databases, and graph databases;


• Design short- and long-term memory and context management for agents;


• Ship production Java and Python services connected to LLMs;


• Set technical standards and mentor engineers.

Требования

• Hands-on experience building production agentic systems on servers;


• Deep RAG experience, including chunking, indexing, embeddings, and search ranking;


• Experience with code-aware RAG and AST parsing using Tree-sitter or similar;


• Experience with graph and vector databases;


• Strong Java and Python skills;


• Experience with LangGraph / LangChain or similar, headless CLI agents, and GitHub Copilot SDK or equivalents;


• Confidence making and explaining architecture trade-offs to senior stakeholders;


• Nice to have: Angular, experience rolling out AI tooling across large engineering teams, financial services background.
