Own the technical architecture and core systems from the ground up Design the core architecture across business context, agents, memory, tools, integrations, and feedback loops Build agentic workflows that reason over company context and act across CRM, sales, marketing, and product systems Create context extractors for sales calls, emails, internal documents, CRM states, and campaign data Work on prompting, context management, memory, tool choice, and orchestration Connect GrowthBricks to the existing GTM stack rather than rebuilding existing tools Decide where to use MCP, APIs, frameworks, or third-party tools and where custom solutions are worthwhile Prototype quickly, discard weak ideas, and turn effective ones into production primitives Move GrowthBricks from a blank repository to a functional product with core primitives for context extraction, memory, and orchestration within the first six months Build reliable workflows used daily by real users, establish a pragmatic codebase, and validate that agent actions produce measurable business value.

• Have hands-on experience building, evaluating, and refining LLM applications, agents, or agentic workflows used by real people
• Have demonstrated experience designing backend systems, data models, APIs, and integrations
• Have working knowledge of context management, memory patterns, prompting strategies, and tool orchestration
• Be comfortable making key architectural decisions while requirements are evolving
• Value simple, pragmatic solutions over unnecessary complexity
• Focus on end-user impact and iterate based on real feedback
• Будет плюсом: practical understanding of modern GTM stacks or sales and marketing workflows, experience in solution engineering, sales engineering or pre-sales, software built for GTM teams, automated sales or marketing workflows using agents or LLMs, ownership of a technical product from a blank repository to a product people used
