Job summary

HireHi ищет старшего инженера GenAI для проектирования и сборки production-grade multi-agent систем и Enterprise RAG архитектур. Вы будете строить масштабируемые RAG пайплайны, работать с векторными БД и разворачивать микросервисы в облаке (AWS/Azure/GCP). Важна практическая ориентация на латентность и влияние на бизнес.

Требуется 3+ года опыта в ИИ/ML/разработке ПО, владение LangGraph, MCP и German (C1/C2). Удалённая работа в рамках ЕС; гражданство/разрешение на работу ЕС обязательно.

Qualifications

• 3+ года практического опыта в ИИ/ML/разработке ПО.
• Сильный опыт продакшн с LangGraph, MCP, RAG и векторными базами данных.
• Пожток к Python (FastAPI) и облачной инфраструктуре (Docker, CI/CD, AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Практический подход к доставке с акцентом на поддерживаемость, задержку и бизнес-эффект.
• Свободное владение немецким языком (C1/C2); английский будет преимуществом.

Responsibilities

• Проектирование и внедрение multi-agent рабочих процессов с LangGraph и MCP.
• Построение масштабируемых RAG пайплайнов, работа с векторными БД.
• Разработка продакшн-микросервисов на Python (FastAPI) и развёртывание в облаке.
• Настройка автоматических пайплайнов оценки, трассировки и наблюдаемости.

Описание: We are expanding our team and looking for a strong Senior GenAI Engineer to design and build production-grade multi-agent systems and enterprise RAG architectures.

Задачи:

• Design and implement multi-agent workflows using LangGraph and MCP (Model Context Protocol)


• Build scalable RAG pipelines, work with vector databases, and optimize context delivery


• Develop production-ready AI microservices in Python (FastAPI) and deploy them to the cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP)


• Set up automated evaluation pipelines and tracing/observability using Evals, Langfuse, and Arize

Требования:

• 3+ Years of hands-on experience in AI / ML / Software Engineering


• Strong production experience with LangGraph, MCP, RAG, and vector databases


• Proficiency in Python / FastAPI and cloud infrastructure (Docker, CI/CD, AWS/Azure/GCP)


• A pragmatic delivery mindset focused on maintainability, latency, and measurable business impact


• Fluent German (C1/C2)
