• Capture and relay daily updates, sync notes, concerns, and open questions from stakeholders and site operations to the offsite delivery team
• Triage and resolve issues in person and in hours
• Run regular syncs with the offsite delivery pod to gather implementation gaps and information
• Drive clarity on how CMS features will be demonstrated and accepted
• Build a shared understanding of the roadmap and value prioritization with stakeholders
• Drive value delivery for each cycle on site
• Own requirements documentation for the CMS Data Platform workflow, including business rules, data flows, and operational constraints
• Define and validate demo scenarios and acceptance criteria for CMS features with client stakeholders and the delivery team
• Track issues, risks, and decisions to closure
• Escalate blockers promptly and maintain a single source of truth for open items
• Support demo and UAT readiness by coordinating schedules, preparing walkthroughs, and confirming client acceptance sign-off
• Organize onboarding activities for new team members
• Follow up on IT tickets and coordinate with support teams to resolve access, tooling, and environment issues
• Plan, track, and coordinate delivery across workstreams
• Organize Scrum ceremonies and embed Agile values into the development process

Требования

• 7+ Years as a Business Analyst on complex, technical software or data engineering programs, including client-facing, on-site work
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related technical field
• Ability to elicit, structure, and translate business and operational requirements into clear specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
• Experience running syncs, workshops, and issue-resolution conversations across client and delivery organizations
• Experience partnering with distributed or offshore delivery teams across time zones using Azure DevOps or equivalent
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Ability to produce concise status updates and documentation for engineering and executive audiences
• Ability to work with significant autonomy as the accountable on-site presence
• Experience with independent issue triage and escalation
• Project management skills
• Experience organizing Scrum ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Nice to have: familiarity with data platforms or MLOps concepts, background in autonomous vehicles, heavy equipment, mining/construction, or other safety-critical or regulated industrial environments, prior experience on a Co-Innovation or Discovery-style enterprise engagement, a BA certification such as CBAP, PMP, CSM, or equivalent
