Job summary

MED-1 Solutions, LLC seeks a Chief Technology Officer to provide enterprise technology leadership for the RevOne family and Bacompt. This executive owns the technology vision, software and platform strategy, enterprise architecture, and the engineering operating model across healthcare-related offerings.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and substantial relevant experience.
• Leadership Experience: Ten or more years of progressive technology experience with leadership responsibility for software engineering, architecture, platforms, or technology operations.
• Executive Capability: Translating business strategies into technology roadmaps, investment priorities, operating plans, and measurable results.
• Software and Architecture: Knowledge of modern software development, APIs, cloud-native design, DevOps/DevSecOps practices.
• Delivery: Experience leading complex, cross-functional technology initiatives using Agile or iterative delivery approaches.
• Business Acumen: Ability to evaluate speed, cost, scalability, security, compliance, and maintainability tradeoffs.
• Communication: Executive-level communication and influence skills with stakeholders.
• People Leadership: Developing leaders and accountability across technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-year technology strategy and roadmap aligned with RevOne’s objectives and risk profile.
• Lead strategy, development, modernization, and lifecycle management of software products and client platforms.
• Establish engineering operating model for discovery, requirements, architecture, QA, release management, and support.
• Guide cloud strategy across AWS, GCP, and other environments with IaC, observability, and cost management.
• Embed security, privacy, and regulatory requirements into architectures and vendor decisions.
• Build and retain a high-performing technology organization with clear roles and succession plans.
