Job summary

Premier Health seeks a visionary VP/CTO to lead the organization’s technology strategy, architecture, and operations, advancing digital health transformation. You will oversee Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, and ITSM while guiding Agile/DevOps, cloud migration, and secure, compliant technology across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior IT leadership role.
• Experience as CIO/CTO/VP or Director of Technology/Infrastructure with broad enterprise scope.
• Healthcare or hospital/ambulatory experience; leading multi-site technology operations, service desk, and desktop support teams across a distributed footprint.
• Preferred ITIL, PMP, Lean Six Sigma or related change-management/certifications.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for technology strategy, architecture, infrastructure, technology operations, service desk/desktop support, and ITSM standards across Premier Health facilities and lines of business.
• Lead enterprise architects, senior product managers, technology specialists, and IT teams in Technology Infrastructure, Technology Operations, and IT Service Management.
• Drive technology innovation, transformation, cloud adoption, and secure, reliable operation of all technology platforms and services.
• Partner with clinical, business, and informatics leaders to ensure technology solutions meet end-user needs and support a modern, patient-centered health system.
• Oversee multi-site technology operations including hosting, data center and cloud, LAN/WAN, servers, desktop engineering, and disaster recovery.
