Job summary

Dow Jones is seeking a Chief of Staff to the CTO to shape the Office of the CTO's vision, operations, and execution. You will lead strategic initiatives, coordinate with technology leaders, and drive enterprise-scale programs that enhance our tech platforms and AI capabilities.

You will partner with the CTO to define strategy, enable organizational design, and ensure alignment across Technology, Business, and Functional teams while managing budgets and governance for global operations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in fast-paced technology, product or strategy ops.
• Proven ability to lead multi-million dollar budgets and programs.
• Experience advising C-suite and aligning stakeholders.
• Strong change management and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term tech vision, strategy, and OKR framework with the CTO.
• Act as strategic proxy, guiding executive decision-making with leaders.
• Ensure executive readiness with briefs, talking points, and briefings.
• Lead large cross-functional initiatives and automate complex processes.
• Oversee OCTO operations, governance, and executive reporting.
• Drive operational excellence and technology budgeting processes.
