Job summary

Fuze Health in the United States is seeking a dynamic Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our Rx engineering and scale innovative products leveraging AI and LLMs. You will partner with the CEO to shape the technology roadmap and drive high-velocity execution across global teams.

You will champion scalable architecture, security, and data-driven product development, building an inclusive, high-performance culture while delivering measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or closely-related technical field.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience across product, engineering, and data science functions, with at least seven years in executive roles at a high-growth startup or a large, complex technology organization.
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale high-performing, cross-functional global teams of 100+ across engineering, data science and product, including experience managing remote or distributed teams.
• Proven track record of scaling customer-facing digital products or platforms from early stages to significant user base, with quantifiable impact on key business metrics.
• Deep understanding of modern software development methodologies, data analytics, and AI/ML frameworks and their application in a business context.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), modern front‑end frameworks (React and React Native), and API‑first design principles.
• Demonstrated ability to drive product and technology innovation that has resulted in significant improvements in business outcomes.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively to both technical and non‑technical audiences, including board members and investors.
• Proven experience leading Agile teams and driving cross‑functional collaboration to deliver on complex product and technology roadmaps. Experience with OKRs or other performance management frameworks is a plus.
• Thrive in a highly regulated healthcare technology environment
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
