Fuze Health is seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer to lead and scale our Rx engineering organization. You will shape the technology roadmap, advance AI/ML initiatives, and drive product velocity across the business while maintaining a strong focus on reliability, security, and patient-centric solutions.

The role requires building and mentoring a world-class team, collaborating with the CEO and C-suite, and delivering scalable systems that improve care delivery and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years of progressive leadership in product, engineering, and data science.
• 7+ years in executive roles at a high-growth startup or large tech organization.
• Proven ability to build and scale cross-functional global teams of 100+ including remote teams.
• Track record of scaling customer-facing digital products with measurable impact on revenue, market share, CAC, or retention.
• Deep understanding of modern software development, data analytics, and AI/ML in business contexts.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, containers, modern front-end frameworks, and API-first design.
• Proven ability to drive innovation and improvements in business outcomes.
• Experience in a regulated healthcare technology environment and travel up to 20%.
