Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a dynamic Chief Technology Officer to lead and scale our Rx engineering organization. The role focuses on AI/ML, large language models, and strategic technology roadmap driven by the CEO and executive team.

You will champion an inclusive, high-performing engineering culture and address technical debt and scalable systems for sustained velocity. The CTO will guide architecture evolution, collaborate with product and science teams, and define best practices to transform

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or closely-related technical field.
15+ years of progressive leadership across product, engineering, and data science functions.
Experience building and scaling cross-functional global teams of 100+.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS), containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and API-first design.

Responsibilities

Define and champion technology vision and strategy with AI/ML and LLM expertise.
Oversee scalable, reliable, secure technology infrastructure as the company grows.
Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle and drive cross-functional collaboration.
Build and mentor a high-performing engineering organization and culture of excellence.
