Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health in New Jersey is seeking a leader to manage the Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) across Network Research Services. You will guide implementation, oversee calendars, data tools, and the financial module to track invoices and payments to vendors and investigators.

Requires a Bachelor's degree, at least 4 years in system administration, and experience in research coordination or monitoring; a Master's degree and CTMS/financial management experience are preferred.

Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor's degree and minimum 4 years of system administration experience.
Experience as a Research Coordinator or Research Monitor is preferred.
Master's degree is preferred for advanced roles in clinical research systems.
Clinical Trial Management System experience and financial management of trials are advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead and provide support for the CTMS across Hackensack Meridian Health Network Research Services.
Oversee implementation, ongoing maintenance, and system build to meet investigators' and regulatory needs.
Coordinate research calendars, data collection tools, and the financial system for tracking, invoicing, reporting, and payments to vendors/investigators.
