Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Clinical Trial Management System Administrator to lead the CTMS build, support ongoing maintenance, and coordinate training with the vendor. The role oversees billing and financial tracking for numerous trials and interfaces CTMS with EPIC and other clinical systems.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of system administration experience, plus relevant research coordination experience.

• Minimum of 4 years of system administration experience.
• Research Coordinator/Research Monitor experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and coordinates the initial build of the CTMS, ensuring modules are designed for maximum efficiency.
• Works with the CTMS vendor to develop training programs and schedules for go-live and ongoing training needs assessment.
• Develops reports for real time metric reporting and financial management and tracking for all clinical trial activity.
• Ensures accurate tracking of all clinical trial revenue generation and appropriate allocation of funds to providers and investigators (revenue projections exceed $5M).
• Flags routine care procedures for insurance billing and produces timely reports in collaboration with finance departments.
• Develops CTMS workflows to improve patient recruitment, data management, and billing reconciliation.
• Maximizes CTMS efficiency by integrating with other systems such as EPIC.
