Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in community mental health.
• Experience in telephone or field crisis response teams is preferred.
• Experience with treatment plans for persons with severe persistent mental illness.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients while they are in crisis in accessing appropriate mental health services.
• Make accurate and effective assessments of the client’s mental health needs.
• Develop and maintain rapport with persons in crisis.
